When it comes to automotive castings inspection, speed is top priority. MXRI designs and produces a selection of special equipment to fit our customer’s needs. As casting are created they need to be inspected quickly to keep up with the high quantities that the casting equipment produces. Dual Robots help keep the inspection time to a minimum.

Also a system to allow right vs. left inspections can be designed such that different parts can be inspected in the same cabinet. Identification stations pick n place robots, and other accessories make a variety of situations easy to handle.

Adding ADR, Automatic Defect Recognition, software speeds up throughput and eliminates operator fatigue that could cause false accept.
