xs| series of Micro-focus tube

Phoenix xs|series X-ray units are high resolution X-ray sources with a large range of specifications that meets the requirements of nearly every NDT or OEM application.

100, 160 or 225kV tubes are available with either directional or transmission targets.

At a feature recognition down to 1 µm the minimum object-focus distance is 0.4 mm for the transmission and 4.5 mm for the directional target head type. This provides highest geometrical magnifications at short focus-detector distances.
